Privacy and cookie policy

2. What data we collect
When you submit the request form we receive your name, phone number, city (optional), the service you choose and your comment (optional).
For spam protection the server processes your IP address and keeps it only as a hashed value in a short-term rate-limit record. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or email, we receive the data you send through those channels, which are also governed by those services’ own policies.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We use your data only to reply to your request and arrange the requested service (steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep the site secure and protected from spam (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Loading YouTube videos is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We do not use your data for advertising and do not sell it.
4. Who receives the data
Request details are sent to the company’s email and stored on the website’s server. Service providers that technically support the site (web hosting, email) may process data on our behalf. If you play a YouTube video, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and may set its own cookies; we use the privacy-enhanced youtube-nocookie.com domain. Otherwise data is not shared with third parties unless required by law.
5. Retention
Request records are kept no longer than needed to handle the request and in any case no longer than 24 months, after which they are deleted automatically. You may ask us to delete your data earlier.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, you may object to processing, and you may withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect earlier processing). To exercise these rights contact us at [email protected]. You may also lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection of Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy).
7. Cookies
The site uses only the cookies below. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
- lang — remembers your chosen language (1 year, necessary).
- cc — stores your cookie choice (6 months, necessary).
- YouTube — may set its own cookies after you play a video; videos load only after your consent or when you press play.
You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer or by deleting cookies in your browser.
